Yellow Ring terminals, (sometimes called lug connectors), are electrical connectors used to attach wires to posts or studs. They come in a variety of sizes. The yellow vinyl sleeve colour signifies that these terminals will suit conductors in the range of 4mm² and 6mm².
Vinyl insulated ring terminals are the most common and inexpensive insulated terminals available. The high grade yellow vinyl ensures easy crimping and ensures integrity of termination. The flared design allows for simple wire insertion and they are easily crimped to provide a secure insulated cover over the crimped area.
